So I had decal running right after the patch but vtank wasn't attacking. So I went to update my xml files and all of the boxes came back with red x's... I did the old method of going into the Decal 3.0 folder and trying to run the DecalUTILITIES.exe .... It says they were properly downloaded, but it didn't work.. I then tried reinstalling Decal, taht didn't work.

Umm. Try updating all of the clients you use with dualclient.


Log into the first account, let it patch.


Log into the next, while keeping the first one running.


Repeat with each client.

You need to uninstall everything and move it all outside of the program files folder. You can't just drag the programs to a new folder, they need to be reinstalled.
