I am trying to figure out how to add some rules,

I have tried so far with name and description but it does not work.

Example of what I am trying to loot:

Pyreals
Amulie Armor

I have set it to loot all of which has a value of more than 2K and weights less than 200 but, I cant figure out how to do other things...

Could anyone help please ?

Spend some time on Virindi's wiki, there are sample profiles there as well as tutorials for basic and advanced editing. If you play around with those tutorials and download and modify the profiles posted there you'll figure it out quickly.
