Mule Trade It Question

I can't figure out how to get my dude to advertise in /trade. He just says everything in open chat.
I clicked on the chat button next to the text bar and set it to trade, i added /trade, to all my messages, can't get it work right, any help appreciated!

It doesn't use /ct or /cg.
You have use ACTool or a plugin that will advertise.

weak, i just installed ac tool, but it's not showing up on my decal bar. any other plugins i can use to spam /trade and annoy everyone?
