here is my decal export..tho my only real issue is ac/dc, decal probably isnt that hard to fix.

i've ran everything as admin, installed to the games folder, changed compatability mode to winxp sp2, and probably a few other things i can't think of.

this problem dates back to about a year ago and is one of the reasons why i stopped playing.

all help would be appreciated, thanks.

Did you install Decal and ACDC under the c:\games folder? Ex: c:\games\decal

did you reboot after installing stuff?


net 1.1 service pack isn't installed

Check this thread and make sure you have all the pre-reqs installed that are listed in the first post.

Then go down to the the 5th post and see if you installed everything the way it says to. It seems that order is important for some reason.

I've seen this step when addressing Win7. Do we really need to completely reinstall Win7 64 in order to get decal to work? Seem kind of a bit of overkill. What could possibly be wrong with the Win7 install that would require this?

You don't need to reinstall Win7. You need to reinstall all of the programs....AC/Decal/Dual Client/Plugins. In the order suggested in the post.
