Tried with plugins on, off, tried alternate injection method...No idea what to do, any help would be appreciated.

Post another export but include the locations. When you open the export screen the option is at the top.

[v1.1.4322] (1.1 Final) : Installed (Service Pack 1) (This is from my decal export)

That is the only thing I see missing from your export. Windows update should be installing the service pack for you. Maybe do a google search for that service pack? Also, are you running decal and AC as administrator?

I tried running it as an administrator and it didnt change anything.

Didn't notice this before.

Look on Virindi's site on how to uninstall that.

Got it working. Thanks, I had to uninstall and reinstall v tank.
