I broke my decal

ok well decall has not ben a problem for me untell 4 days ago when i tryed to get acdualclient up and running had no problems logging in one account at a time with it couldnt get both loged in any way long story of uninstalling and reinstaling this that and the other including my net framworks im lost and broken can some one fix me lol
Decal wont show up on task bar about 95% of the time when i try and start it i saw a post on fixing this but link was broken and i cant find it again atm
