I'm thinking she/he wants a Bot that will salvage for customers, similar to Rydia on MT.

If you are wanting to create a bot that will salvage for people, see this thread.
On WE, The Tower handles this for you, along with almost anything else you need.
I do not know how much of the current functionality that "The Tower" utilizes is included in the original download. It seems that the owner has modified it to some degree, but at least you can contact the owner through that thread, or you can log in to WE and ask in /cg for the owner of "The Tower"

There is a skunkworks script for selling salvage.
It allows shoppers to buy in bulk very easily.
Called Garage Sale I think.
