Ok I did a full system recovery for my pc, Can somebody help me now.

I have not installed anything for decal of any sort. Only things ive downloaded sence i brought it up, is AC and updated windows... Im on windows XP can some one please help me or tell me what I need to do / install to get decal running.

Umm.. download decal and all the pre-req's.. (kindly compiled and listed in the sticky post by me)..

ok i saw that sticky this is my problem i dont know which .net to install for xp... and do i install decal first? then those compnents or comps. then decal?

Ok I figured out the problem, I need to buy a new pc.. lol.. But really the real problem is my computer will not install any type of netframe 2.0 that is whats messing me up

well a newer pc with more memory larger hd is always nice but if you look at the first sticky in this thread there are links to dl'ing net 1 and 2 after that if you go do a windows update you will get the service packs for them (if that isn't included in the orginal dl link).

^^ Ya tried that ... many uh times, net 1.0 works... net 2.0 none of them work, even the 2.0 for xp doesn't work...

Make sure you run Windows Updates over and over again until it doesn't find anymore new updates.
If you haven't done this already, I would uninstall everything you have installed, do the Windows Updates, then start at step one for Decal.
http://www.update.microsoft.com should be the link, if not just google Windows Updates
The only time I have had issues with installing the .net Framework 2.0 and beyond is from not being updated all of the way.

Well i tried that and i updated until it got to microsoft .net framework 3.0 3.5 and 2.0 and it can never update them.. always tells me failed to install the following.... ect

you will have to investigate why it/they failed in the update, possibly remove/deinstal PER microsoft instructions and then re-install them.
2, 3.0/3.5 are needed.

If you want help, you also need to stop truncating the error messages to "etc" and actually type in the entire error message. We're not wizards, we can't magically read your mind and fix your computer.
