I don't know when the name changed to not work with vtank (or whether it was a change in game, or in the text file), but I finally figured I'd check it out...

1) In Windows Explorer, navigate to the directory that you installed vtank to
2) Make a copy of gameinfodb.ugd
3) Open gameinfodb.ugd in a text editor (i.e. notepad.. not word.. I use notepad++)
4) Search for "Greater Deadly Blunt Bolt"
5) Change both occurrences to Greater Deadly Blunt Quarrel
6) Save changes
