Request for Hotkeys for Stam and Mana Kits

Add a hotkey to decal hotkey so that I can assign a key to use a stam or mana kit.
There are several plugins that do this for healkits.
AC+ does it, Alinco does it, One Touch Heal if that's still around, etc..
VTank has a hotkey system of it's own, but there are no heal options etc..
Maybe Virindi Inquisitor could add them.... (shameless hint).....
