I am just curious how the upcoming feb changes will affect decal and if it will break or keep working after the changes? I know the developers work hard, very hard at a thankless job! I just want to say thank you! and I want to not end up like when ToD came out and go months with no decal! the upcoming changes are bad enough but to kill decal at the same time? I don't think AC would survive!

Seriously, we've no idea. From a technical point of view it might be nothing more complicated than the list of available skills changing, but of course many plugins will likely need adapting to accommodate the changes, and users will need to adapt how they use them. For example, loot profiles will almost certainly change.

Turbine is adding new Skills and I'm expecting things to go as it did with when
they added Void and Salvage skills. Turbine removing some skills will probably
not bother Decal at all.

Plugins will be impacted. If it requires code changes then expect some delays.
I expect plugins that do buffing will be impacted and will require changes.
