Vtank and loot options

Back from a long time off from TD 10 years? and 5years off from AC., and im looking in to Vtank.
Dont know all new items that is in game or what to actually look for.
Can someone in an easy was explain how to configure Vtank to look for the majors.. or epic? wards? items in the loot table. or is there any pre-made configurations i can use and adjust fo my use?
to make it short: Im abit lazy and need help to make a fast start. =)

Update:
AC: 9 inactive accounts, up 4 grap (if turbine clear cc info)
WOW: 80 Lock, 80 Pala, 80 DK, 80 Druid, 80 Hunter

check virindi.net for sample profiles, download several of those, and pick one you like, or make your own using them as a starting template
