I keep getting the message "[VI] Disconnected, retry in 15 seconds." which will continue indefinitely with the XX seconds getting higher and higher. Not sure what to do with that. I have tried making a new login and password but that didn't work.

It was working fine like a week ago but since then it stopped.

I read through the forums and did a search and got nothing. I tried making another login (this is 3 of them now) all of which do the same thing. They give me no error it just states that I am disconnected and it will retry in 15 seconds then it will repeat itself 15 seconds later but increasing the time it will retry indefinitely.

Any suggestions on why that happened and what I can do to fix it?

That usually means the server that Virindi uses to host VI is down.

Don't harass people. You're most likely banned from using VI for being a jerk.

you are banned by account hash. it wont work on that account. it will on a new one (with your old username still)

What does Account hash mean?

Also I tried all of the accounts I created including the first one. They all say "[VI] Login failed: invalid username and/or password."

Yet when I go to the registration website and sign into the account it allows me to sign in there.

Any suggestions?
