Not working for me. Really frustrating!
"  our AC Client is out of date. If you are using dual log, make sure all directories contain a current version, or get latest version from Turbine. (client version=0.0.11.4083 xml version=0.0.11.4087)"
Updated all my other dual client paths (manually), so, its definitely not dual client - its Decal. Uninstalled Decal and reinstalled Decal - same issue.

Nope, it's not Decal. It's that you have an outdated client.

I figured it out...
Turbine's hotfix doesn't deploy in one start-up; it deploys in two. So, you gotta run Asheron's Call x2 for the hotfix to fully patch the client.

In game 'patching' is entirely done on the data files - cell and portal.
