I resently got a lens for my lvl 157 toon and have found it useful for Dark Isle :-) I havent figured out how to have Vtank vunl first but I may be just missing something :-)

Or ... do most people manually use the lens and then hit the hot key to start vtank (I use pause/break) so when the critters get to you the attacking stars :-)

OK I figured it out :-) ... I get vuln and imperil mixed up ... if I select "I" in the monsters tab leave everything else on defaults...
