How, exactly, does the Sanguinary Aegis Shield operate? I read something that it absorbs magic depending on the skill of the wielder. I assume that this means the higher the Magic D, the more the shield absorbs?

I ask because I'm trying to decide if I should spec Magic D on swordsman, or if this shield is good enough to keep Magic D trained.

These days I see more and more swordsman Spec MagicD. If you go with the rest of the herd keep it specced and just unspec it later if you dont like it.
