Now let me preface this by saying that nothing else causes my PC to make this noise.
It is a buzzing noise. A high pitched whine, almost. It is only there when I play AC. Temps are fine, system is rock solid, etc etc. But there is a whine. It is either from my GPU or my CPU. I'm not sure which. Further, the whine becomes more pronounced the larger my AC Window becomes.
Not a damn thing else has triggered it. WoW, LOTRO, CS, Fallout 3, Movies, etc etc etc etc.
Nothing but AC causes it. This is the first time I've EVER heard the noise and, not coincidentally, the first time I have tried to play AC on this PC.
Does anyone have experience with something like this? Would anyone mind posting this on the AC Tech support forum for me? My trial account doesn't have access to that forum.
