this system was unable to create your account at this time error 30003.

tried it on two pcs and i get the same thing. ive been trying to play using the 14day trial since last night.


any ideas?

Last time I subbed, I think I got that message. Call them, it's an easy fix on their end.

I'm trying to set up a new account and I'm also getting the same error message.

I did a lot of searching through the troubleshooting and I think I found the reason for this error. I guess it has to do with the credit card company blocking certain online purchases and said to call the CC company and make sure they allow purchases from Turbine Inc.

I'm gonna call them today and try this, hopefully tonight I'll be able to create a new account finally.

I'll post back here later if this fixes the problem.
