There isn't one, perhaps a plugin had a feature like this not sure. Only way to follow someone is with the healing kit trick.

No built in command, and yep you could use the healing trick command.

However, if you use Decal, Virindi Tank (or the stand alone Virindi Follower) plugins offer this feature, and actually do a better job of following than any other built in follow command I've seen in an MMORPG. It has a few features you can fine tune depending on where you're following as well, which makes it very nice.
