Should I bother with that quest? Or is there something better/easier?

Also, currently hunting Armored Tuskers with a Armor Rend Bow & Deadly Fire Arrows. Are there better arrows?

Extreme Melee, Spec Bow/MeleeD. Bow is 315 base.

focusing stone is great for raising magic skills if you need to, and brilliance is good for tinking. At 315 you may want to look at getting a fire rend.

Oh really? I thought that fire rend bows + deadly fire arrows would cancel each other out or something. I will get one promptly.

Ok, so go ahead and get the acolyte skull and do the quest. I have dual login (two accounts), thinking about doing this quest solo, its not going to be difficult for anything over level 40.

Oh and is there an alternative to AC Explorer Pro program? Theres no way I would pay 20$ for that.

Fire rend just acts as a vuln on your target I think it is the equivalent of a level 6 vuln. The deadly fire arrows just do more damage than greater or regular fire arrows so there would be no canceling out.

Ok, so get a fire bow, imbue with red garnet (fire rendering), or get a normal bow and imbue with red garnet?

You will want to get one of the elemental bows they start at 315 with up to +3 elemental damage. In this case you would want fire.
