Seeing if I can recover one of the 2 old accounts I had. Haven't played since about the time the DM expansion came out.

i just got one of mine reactivated and its been dormant since 2005. their tech support is very good btw. both me and my brother had to call them and we were both impressed with how quickly and simply they handled everything.

I did the same. You need to submit a online form to Paid Account Support or something like that since migrating at this date costs $20USD and gives you a free month. I think they need Name and # from the CC used, email used, billing address and the MSN Gaming Zone name if the migration was from that long ago. I know they can substitute a few of the personal details out, but the ZoneID is mandatory. Although they were able to give me a bunch of clues and I guessed somewhat close to it.

I don't have the email or cc# but both accounts were moved from ms to turbine right before they were cancelled. So it is more a matter of identifying the account names from the character names and resetting password and emails..

Good luck, i could not recover my account because i gave my account to a friend i met ig when i quit the game. Since its his own cc info that last entered that put him as the owner. *shrug*

Looks like i need to make a call. After a number of exchanges all they keep coming up with is an account I made to see free trial about a year ago.
