So... Thrown weapons? Anyone still use these? Can you use the debuff flask things with a shield?
I have a character I was working on when I left that buffed creature spells with items, baned with item magic, buffed life with gems and threw lots of darts and atlatl shafts.

Thrown weapons are fine. Recent additions to ammo for missile weapons doesn't play well with the 100-10-100-100-10-10 standard template as to reach the new specialized fletching requirements means you needed to have started at 60 focus. With buff bots on many servers I would not be too worried about your magic capability outside of banes.

Thanks. What's the status of food buffs these days? Anything? Or does it just still replenish your bars?
