a bit of 'Sin City', 'Dick Tracy', a smattering of the old 'Batman' tv series and maybe even a touch of 'Kung Fu Hustle'
not great by any stretch but very interesting nonetheless

I just watched it the other day. I liked it. It was kind of odd but it kept me entertained throughout.
