So tired ACF what should I do?

I just want to lay around and do nothing for the rest of the evening, but I still have kids activities, namely basketball games, starting at 7 PM.
Should I ditch the games and just lay in front of the TV playing Skyrim and just find out about how the game went when they get home? Or should I man up and go watch the games and yell at my kids for underperforming, and then yell at the refs for bad calls? Counting on ACF to guide me.

Surely the gym has WiFi. Bring the laptop, play Skyrim, look up occasionally and either yell at the kids or the refs accordingly?
