This is a surprise? You didn't realize this back in school?
I bet most of the worlds successful people are successful because of charisma and arguing ability, not because they are actually smart, worth a damn or right.
This is becoming more and more of an issue as we move forward in society due to our popular culture focusing on image. Eventually, the lack of substance will cause it too fall apart.
