	Our oldest daughter is supposed to have hernia surgery Wednesday so she and her 2 kids are coming to stay till the weekend. My wife roasted a turkey yesterday and the plan is to eat sandwiches off it for a few days then make 2 big turkey pots pied with the rest of it. Well, my wife went to work so I just dragged it out and cleaned all the meat off with breasts in one freezer bag and all the dark and a good bit of white all cut up in the other ready to make pies with.
