why not have different types/classifactions of guilds.
example form a guild as a corporation, guild members get a bonus to credits earned/rewarded.
form a fighters guild, guild members receive a bonus from combat related stuff like increased xp from kills.
form trade skill based guild to increase crit chance or whatever for crafting skills.
etc...............
