Looking for some help finding a Skyrim plugin.

I think it's a plugin. Whatever. I read a thread here a while back where someone mentioned a data file plugin manager for save files - mine are starting to mess up (I've got three auto saves, about ten sequential saves, then it jumps from 83 to 31 at the bottom end) and I was hoping that I could fix it.
Thanks for any help - and if there are any other useful things anyone could pass along, I'm definitely interested.
