Ordered 10rd MA compliant mag... what they sent doesn't fit, too wide, different base.. etc
took 30 minutes to speak to a person, was stuck in a loop of disconnects and dead ends. Their automated service is awful.. couldn't even find my order number.. said it didn't exist
Finally had to call sales and request to speak to customer service.
Then I tell the person it's the wrong magazine, it doesn't fit. She says after she puts me on hold for 10 minutes it will be a 10% restock fee for returns.. I tell her not only am I not paying that because they send me the wrong part, I also want to be reimbursed for the shipping I paid. On hold again I go.. to which she says that will happen too.
Then she says send it back, no rma# or anything and if the part doesn't match what I ordered they won't charge the restock. the part number doesn't match the invoice, even though the description did. Then I tell her why should I pay to ship it back when it wasn't my fault they sent the wrong thing.. back on hold...
arg... gun enthusiasts.. do yourself a favor and stay far clear of this operation.. absolutely horrible.
