I love this company... I have a technical mountaineering shell that I've owned for about a year and a half. Last week it failed MISERABLY in a torrential downpour out in the mountains. OR didn't even bother to suggest washing options for revitalizing the Goretex, they just said "Send it back, we'll replace it."
