Apparently, if you win your car back, any outstanding payments and the rest of the debt of the car are forgiven.
Still, sounds like one step above COPS.

it is awful, but the premise cracks me up.
I watched about 15 minutes and the guy was bull crap and they had to call the cops.
He eventually agreed to play but lost anyway lol.
