	I have no problem with that...Id rather see a grieving mother make a few bucks off such a tragic event than some fat cat record or movie company doing it just for greed sake so they can sue private citizens for making back ups of their music/movie collection. Besides she is probably just trademarking them before someone else does. Who knows if she will even try to market products with his name? And even if she does she could just be doing it to keep his name in the news in hopes that the bastard who murdered him can be brought to justice.
