Those do look pretty cool. I wouldn't have the patience to get the timing right for those.
Though, the one where she's levitating off the train...looks like it might have ended in a faceplant.  Her body angle looks so awkward to recover.

the key is taking repeated pictures through the entire jump one after another. Higher end cameras take several frames per second.
