The Oatmeal Butterscotch paired with a Snickerdoodle
turned my cynical penis into a happy vagina
Then after an Oatmeal Cranberry and Double Chocolate,
it made my new vagina spontaneously sing the Trolololo Song in an elevator.

I'd be furious if they tried to do that to me. I'd want to see exactly where it's written down that they have this right. Really? For a first-time offender, and for a moving violation?

If you are booked into a jail, for the most part this will happen to you.

This part I dont have a issue with.
That guy sued on the wrong grounds.
He should have sued the state/arresting authority for wrongful imprisonment and failing to do their job.
I mean if a citizen doesn't pay his fines guess what a warrant is issued, so why cant you hold these public servants to the same type of standards.
