suddenly pharmacy, who was previously totally cool with me just filling my ambien whenever and paying cash for it, won't goddamn let me do that. i've had like none for 2 days now. i'm also really sick. so i'm really sick and i can't sleep and my doctor's office can't wrap it's head around "just tell them to goddamn fill it TODAY SO I CAN PAY FOR IT WITH MY OWN CASH AND SLEEP FINALLY!" i've been begging them to do this since yesterday and they just keep like authorizing the refill in the normal way.
